- My first girl Kewstoke Black Rose was from Carorae stock and out of Murrayhill Woodcock of Dalbiers back in 1983. Since then I have enjoyed some success in the UK show scene with several beautiful dogs. I now live in Portugal with three Gordons, they are Wilbur (Kewstoke Apprentice) his sister Esther (Kewstoke Claonia) and Wilb's daughter is Phoebe (Waseley the Melodee by Kewstoke).

Lesley Dennis said… - Wow Freddie has clicked !!! Never thought she was going to be an agility star but the transformation over the last few weeks is just amazing. Last year she wouldn't do more than three jumps without stopping to give me some chat back. Now we are going reverse turns working on both sides and she even did a snake last week, I am so excited that I can't wait to get back to training with Pete. We start after Easter.

Nice to see you have a Carorae background! Were they not just a wonderful line? Carol let me own Sh Ch Carorae The Laird..........and boy didn't he do well for me.........such a beautiful dog. I also owned his son Carorae William at Bryerdale..........another wonderful dog with such character!
The Laird had both Carorae Exclusive(Mandy) and Carorae Artful Girl (Mitzi) in his pedigree.
You are very lucky to be living in Portugal! We are intending to move to Turkey in two or three years time........bet there aren't many dog shows there! I think they are trying to set up a Turkish Kennel club ! But I won't hold my breath........nothing is done there with any urgency...but that laid back approach is quite appealing to us!
If anyone reads this and has any advice on taking dogs and cats to Turkey, please contact me.
