About Me:

My first Gordon was Can Ch Clansmen Madame Mim CDX "Lucy", and Can CH Clansmen Sureshot"Ben". After I lost Ben in a car accident , Pepsi came to live with me when she was 6 months old and hs just turned 13 and still going strong! My beloved St John aka Am Can Ch TriSett Judge 'n Jury CD JH CGC/TDI came to me 2 years later as 9 week old pup and was bred to Pepsi aka Can Ch OTCH Ghillbrae Magic Zephyr CGC/TDI (who is totally British bred and born). They produced 13 puppies most notably Can UK Sh Ch Pitman's Photo Finish "Mercedes" who currently resides in the UK with Christine and Pete Sandiford of Hernwood Gordons, and is impeccably groomed, handled and loved by Claire Lewis to her many successes. I lived in Canada for 30 years, I have had Gordons for 25 years and competed in the showring, field but obedience trialliang being my favourite activity. I now live back in England with " Pepsi". I go to shows frequently to watch Mercedes, hang out on the couch with her,and occasionally show her. I also love to watch her kids in the ring. Watch this space for my future website, its high time I had one!

Can OTCH Ghillbrae Magic Zephyr CGC/TDI becomes a teenager today !!

Pepsi is 13 years old today! A gift to me 12 1/2 years ago after a severe car accident took the life of my other beloved Gordon. Showdog, obedience competitor, dam of some wonderful puppies, to name a few of her achievements. She has seen me through some very dark times and although a bit grey and tatty looking , she is a tough old bird and loves to go for our long hikes through the woods every day. Mercedes daughter goes Group Two in US !

Hi there! Just got a phone call from Christine Sandiford and Claire Lewis who are currently in the US visiting Vanessa and Phyllis who own Hernwood Magic Formula. 'Magic' has just gone Best of Winners and Best of Breed over Specials and then went on to a Group Two at the Berks County Show (Claire will confirm the name of the show club) where there was also a Gordon Setter Supported Entry. Gandfather was an Irish Champ too

yes, Mercedes grandfather on her British side was Sh Ch and Irish Sh Ch Hernwood Crystal Graphite! He was owned by Debra Harker and was known as 'Max'. A lovely dog , top dog.

Canadian Ch, UK Show Ch, and now IRISH Show Champion !

Just a quick newsflash about Mercedes, aka Pitmans Photo Finish at Hernwood is now an Irish Show Champion in addition to her UK and Canadian show titles!
Claire Lewis will post all the details when she gets back to watch her page for the updates.

Big Apple Sporting & Garden Specialty Shows in New Jersey

Has anyone been able to get results yet for the Gordons? I have tried the website but no go, Jim Rau dog shows too, nothing yet. Claire is out there and it would be nice to see how she did. Anyone have any info?
