Dear Jean,
As far as I have gathered this site is purely for Gordon Setter news. Yes, we have had lovely weather here in UK today, all my pals who gathered for my 55th Birthday lal fresco meal are thrilled with my news that we shall be part of th...
This year it´s not possible for me to visit the crufts...I am very sad about this...wishing you a lot of fun there !!! Perhaps next year we´ll meet again !
You are right ! Hunter ist the father of our "Blomma" and the grandfather of "Luca" (on the foto..). We met on crufts last year...I am the tall women with the brown hair..do you remember ?
We've been hearing and seeing about the snow down south in the news a lot but it's never been that bad up here so far. We had snow in the beginning of the week but it was actually quite nice and didn't last too long either :-)) Hope all is getting back to normal soon for you. If you don't need to go anywhere it's probably quite nice!!
Yes, I'm hoping to be able to make it down to Crufts, just as a spectator this year, though, so it would be very nice to meet up! Looks like there's going to be quite a few of us from the forum there!
Oh yes, he's loving it in the snow, definitely! We've also got quite sunny weather now and it's just wonderful. The heating's keeping up at the moment ;-)) What's it like in your area? Are you still really snowed in?
Thank you Sooz for your comment :-) I had been so happy with my Mars coat king too ;-)) I have to say I still use it occasionally but only for certain areas and not for shows. The paddle brush is a good recommendation. I actually found that a normal "human" hair brush works wonders for a shiny coat. I do prefer the clippers for the throat area as it's quick and not as dangerous as the scissors if you have a boisterous Gordon ;-)).
I hope you and your girls have been keeping well and I also wish you all the best for a happy and healthy new year!
Greetings from rainy and windy Scotland,
Nicole & Busby
I like your choice of names for your girls. They're lucky not having to go to shows ;-) I take my boy occasionally but he's not that keen on it. He'd rather be out on the moor running around and finding birds!!
I'm very sorry you lost Lexie. She looks beautiful just like her brother Wesley.
Had Gordon Setters since 1988. Gabby is our number 3 a Roydack bitch and Jules is our number 5 a Shelgeyr bitch both very woofy and self appointed guard gals.
