I have a drawing of grooming on my website ( www.sureshot.ca ) in the breed section. I also made a dvd a few years ago explaining how to do it. It was mostly for my puppy people but I could send you a copy if you want. I actually want to redo it a...

This is a grooming technique that removes all dead hair by hair, it is time consuming but the dogs look wonderful afterwards, I handstrip all my Gordons, the coat is always glossy because there is no old hair giving a lack lustre appearance and th...

I have tried out lots of things in the past year and have now actually come to like the "coatminator" (from hub international), which is from the same company as the furminator and it really only strips the dead hair, i.e. it helps with handstripp...

Hi Matt,
yeah, we got another one;)
Actually, Jan - my boyfriend - bought a puppy for his mum. She live in the same house. It is her gordon setter. But we will take Centi to dog show and we will train her. So she is the member of our gordon crew;)

Hi Darja - My name is Matt not Mark ....

Yup, we're doing well - haven't really thought about showing Willow yet but she's getting better with training. I bought a gundog whistle and her recall is 50% better straight away - would love to see some fully field trained Gordons in action. What do you do with her on the long lead ?

It's great you got her from UGSR, they're doing a great job. Hope all goes well for the probation period.
We've not managed to get over to Arthur's Seat yet, actually, we're over on the other side of town, but he's run up and down the Pentlands and loved it!
Good luck with the grooming!
