I was happy about the amount of Gordon Setters at this Dog Show - 13! It is not so common to have such number of Gordon Setters these days in the Czech Republic.
The ring was outside, spacious and correctly adapted. The wather was variable ( from rainfall in the morning to really hot sunny weather at noon.

This over 3 weeks when Grace started to limp. I decided that it is serious. Her right forefoot was painful around the wrist.
I took her to the veterinary clinic. We do a X-ray examination - any broken bone. The problem was at dorsal ligaments. The doctor made a bandage and offered to stay in calm. Grace learnt to jump on 3 legs very easily. She was great patient. We made a re-bandage 10 days ago. It was everything okey.

I decided to see the growth of B-litter "z Dvorku Čamourku" (Forester´s Zampano of Darkmoor x Dyksi z Kratošických strání) by own eyeball. Puppies were born on 14th June so they are nearly 1 months old. The weight is around 2,5kg. They spend all day long outside with their mother, during the night they are inside.
I was so excited to spend whole afternoon with those babies. I like them so much. They are absolutely fabulous!!!

I have to boast about new Gordon Setter´s puppies.
This litter was born in the kennel ( "Z Dvorku Čamourku" - Polná, CZE) from where my beloved Grace originate from.

This amount of Gordon Setter babies wasn´t expected. The veterinary doctor fortold only 1 puppy. But "mother nature" manage to give life for 6 boys and 4 girls!!!

We have to pass the basic working test in the Czech Republic. It tests the inherent abilities of pointing dogs ( style of hunting, speed, olfaction, searching for wild fowl & furred game, shoot answer, hunting flavour etc.)

There are 11disciplines. You can earn 228 pionts at all. There are marks for each discipline and according that you are awarded by first, second or third price.
